No — we design and supply the files. Any competent local wrapper can fit them, and we're happy to recommend people we've worked with.
Vector EPS, PDF and SVG for cutting and print, plus PNG and JPG for web and social. All of them yours to keep.
Yes. If it's only a JPG, we redraw it as clean vector artwork first — that's usually the reason a wrapper has said no.
Around two weeks from the first call to final files, including two rounds of changes.
